Lisa J. Stemmer
Lisa is an entrepreneurial executive who owned, operated and sold Ubiquity Group, a successful marketing firm that specialized in helping medical device and bioscience companies. She led clients’ creative direction and marketing strategies, creating differentiation for her clients through market positioning based on research. She also worked with clients to systematize their marketing efforts to maximize their ROI. Lisa holds a BFA in Design, completed Northwestern University’s Executive Program for Product Development and is inbound marketing certified through HubSpot. She is currently completing the Management and Leadership Executive Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Carol H. Borthwick
Carol is an experienced researcher and marketing strategist. She has conducted qualitative, quantitative and secondary research for medical device, life science and other companies for the past 20 years. Prior to this, Carol managed the consumer research and strategy group at NDL/Polk and held senior strategy positions at General Motors. She also served as the marketing chair on the board of directors of Colorado Healthcare Strategy and Management (CHSM). Carol has MBA and BS-Botany degrees from the University of Michigan.
